These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reverent Content Company website and services (the “Service”), operated by Substantive Systems LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as The Reverent Content Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Services

We provide content marketing services, including written, visual, and interactive assets, offered on a project or subscription basis. All services are provided remotely and delivered digitally.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any job request at our sole discretion.

Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments and Subscriptions

Fees, billing cycles, and subscription terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party providers. We do not store payment card information.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

No Guarantees

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance metrics, or results from the use of delivered work.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you.
• We retain ownership of all underlying tools, templates, systems, methodologies, and know-how.
• We reserve the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

Confidentiality

We will treat materials you provide as confidential and use them solely to perform the requested services, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Substantive Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription according to the terms presented at checkout. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
